Reasons can, and need, be explained and clarified. Just as the reasons for a religious event can, and need be, explained and clarified. Though an 'Atheism Week' may never be tied to a specific event as Jesus Week is, we needn't consider a week of understanding as being necessarily attached to a specific event or function for it to exist.
