SGA Sponsors Today’s Game

The Student Government Association is sponsoring the men’s basketball game against the University of Texas at Arlington Mavericks at 2 p.m. today in the Farris Center. 

The SGA will be promoting the BearBucks program during the game. SGA members will hand out “3-point cards” that will have the numeral 3 on the front and back with SGA written on them. Kyle Boyd of SGA said he believes that the 3-point cards will “enhance the spirit of the game.” 

2010 Basketball Team

There will be other promotional items, such as Frisbees, given out during the game, Boyd said. 

The game will be broadcast on Conway Corp’s Channel 9 at 7 p.m.
