I can not believe it has been over a year since I was apart of the founding class for this online newspaper where I covered the Police Beats. I am the sister of Marie Smallwood who is in the police beat for her car getting towed. It was actually a funny story because she was working an event for UCA and had permission for her car to be in the spot. When it was towed a university employee paid to get it out.
